The Tenants Service Authorities (TSA) regulatory framework for social landlords in England came into force on the 1st April 2010. The TSA has set six standards that all social landlords must define for their organisation and publish in a report for their tenants and the TSA by the 1st October unless there is a “justifiable reason”. Most landlords must then report to their tenants how they are meeting the standards. Landlords with fewer than 1,000 homes will have less reporting requirements and those with fewer than 25 will not be required to report. More information about the standards can be found at:
